BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the District
Attorneys Council from any monies not otherwise appropriated from
the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2023, the sum of One Million Four Hundre d Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($1,450, 000.00) or so much there of as may be
necessary to implement the provisions of Enrolled House Bill No.
2236 of the 1st Session of the 59th Legislature.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated to the District
Attorneys Council from any monies not otherwise appr opriated from
the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal y ear
ending June 30, 2025, the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($2,500,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to
implement the provisions of Enrolled House Bill No. 2236 of the 1st
Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature.

SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for th e preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergenc y is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
