AS INTRODUCED 
 
An Act relating to definitions and general 
provisions; prohibiting certain future action; 
declaring protection of certain rights for 
individuals in Oklahoma; providing for codification; 
and providing an effective date. 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section o f law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Secti on 3001 of Title 25, unless there 
is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows: 
The use of a 3D laser cutting machine, 3D printer, or additive 
manufacturing device including, but not limited to, the software, 
technology, equipment, mechanical systems, or filament, shall not be 
prohibited by this state or any political subdivision of this state. 
The rights of individuals in Oklah oma to use of a 3D laser cutting 
machine, 3D printer, or additive manufacturing device shall be 
protected in this state. 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
