SENATE BILL NO. 1931 By: Kidd
An Act relating to poor persons; repealing 56 O.S.
2021, Sections 31, 32, 32.1, 32.2, 32.3, 33, 34, 35,
36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 42, 44, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51,
52, and 53, which relate to the care of indigent
persons; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 56 O.S. 2021, Sections 31, 32, 32.1,
32.2, 32.3, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 42, 4 4, 46, 47, 48, 49,
50, 51, 52, and 53 are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
