SENATE BILL NO. 300 By: Gollihare of the Senate
and
Hilbert of the House
An Act relating to memorial roads and bridges;
designating the Army SPC Ryan J. Grady Memorial
Highway; providing for codification; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes a s Section 1698.404 of Title 69, unless
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
The section of State Highway 66 be ginning at the intersection of
Country Club Road on the southwest edge of Bristow extending
northeasterly to the intersection of West 3rd Avenue in Creek County
shall be designated the “Army SPC Ryan J. Grady Memoria l Highway”.
The Department of Transport ation shall cause suitable markers
bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
