SENATE BILL NO. 349 By: Alvord
An Act relating to animals; repealing 4 O.S. 2021,
Section 30.11, which relates to the Commercial Pet
Breeders and Animal Shelter Licensing Act; and
providing an effectiv e date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 4 O.S. 2021, Section 30.11, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 202 3.
