BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 353.1c of Title 59, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A pharmacist licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy may, in accordance with state and federal laws and rules, prescribe nonprescription drugs for the purposes of extemporaneous compounding or compounding for a known patient need in the practice area .
