AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to professions and occupations;
repealing Section 1, Chapter 331, O.S.L. 2022 (59
O.S. Supp. 2024, Section 1151.30), which relates to
payments of deductibles or compensation by a roofing
contractor; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER Section 1, Chapter 331, O.S.L. 2022
(59 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section 1151.30), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
