AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to workers ' compensation; enacting
the Oklahoma Workers ' Compensation Act of 2025;
providing for noncodification; and pr oviding an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be ci ted as the "Oklahoma
Workers' Compensation Act of 2025 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
