AS INTRODUCED
A Joint Resolution relating to labor; enacting the
Oklahoma Wages Act of 2025; providing for
noncodification; and providing an effective date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
AND THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma Wages
Act of 2025".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
