AS INTRODUCED
A Joint Resolution relating to workers ' compensation;
enacting the Oklahoma Workers ' Compensation Medical
Fee Policy Act of 20 25; providing for
noncodification; and providing an effective date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
AND THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A n ew section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
Workers' Compensation Medical Fee Policy Act of 2025 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective Nov ember 1, 2025.
