AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to medical marijuana license;
amending 63 O.S. 2021, Section 424, which relates to
marijuana transportation license; all owing license to
provide certain services; and providing an effective
date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 424, is
amended to read as follows:
Section 424. A. A marijuana transportation license will be
issued to qualifying applica nts for a marijuana retail, growing, or
processing license. The transportation license will be issued at
the time of approval of a retail, growing, or processing license.
B. A transportation license will allow the holder to transport
marijuana from an Oklahoma licensed medical marijuana retailer,
licensed growing facility, or licensed processor facility to an
Oklahoma licensed medical marijuana retailer, licensed growing
facility, or licensed processing facility.

C. All marijuana or marijuana products sh all be transported in
a locked container and clearly labeled “Medical Marijuana or
Derivative”.
D. A transportation license shall allow the licensee to
transport marijuana from a medical marijuana retailer licensed in
this state to a patient licensed in this state.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
