AS INTRODUCED 
 
An Act relating to motorcycles; defining term; 
requiring law enforcement agencies to perform certain 
review and audit; providing for codifi cation; and 
providing an effective date . 
 
 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.    NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 15 -133 of Title 47, unless the re 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
For the purpose of this section, “motorcycle profiling ” means 
the discriminatory use of the fact that a person rides a motorcycle 
or wears motorcycle-related paraphernalia as a factor in deciding to 
stop and question, take enforcement action against, arrest, or 
search a person or vehicle with or without a legal basis under the 
United States Constitution or the Oklahoma Constitution. 
Every law enforcement agency in this state shall be required to 
review and audit its existing procedures, practices, and training 
related to motorcycle profiling.

SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
