BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE ST ATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1911 of Title 25, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. B. The provisions of this act shall not be construed to diminish or infringe upon any right protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution or the Oklahoma Constitution.
