Murrah Federal Building ; remembering the victims ; honoring the survivors; thanking the heroic first responders ; and urging continued healing. WHEREAS, at 9:02 a.m. on April 19, 1995, Oklahoma City was struck by the worst act of domestic terrorism in United States history with the bombing of the Al fred P. Murrah Federal Building; and WHEREAS, one hundred sixty -eight people died, including nineteen children. Additionally, three of the women killed were pregnant. The dead also included three state employees and one first responder.
