RESOLUTION 3 By: Haste
AS INTRODUCED
A Resolution recognizing the vital contributions of
Oklahoma state employees and honoring their service
to the state.
WHEREAS, Oklahoma employs more than 33,000 state employees who
serve in a wide range of roles; and
WHEREAS, these employees are the backbone of our state
government and play an essential role in ensuring the safety,
security, and well-being of the citizens of th is great state; and
WHEREAS, these employees work with dedication and integrity,
often performing duties that are physically demanding, emotionally
challenging, or that require personal sacrifice, all in service to
Oklahoma residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION
OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
THAT the Oklahoma Senate acknowledges and appreciates the
faithful service of all state employees who work tirelessly to
support and enhance the lives of the people of Oklahoma.

THAT the Oklahoma Senate recognizes the critical importance of
the contributions ma de by state employees in every department and
agency across the state.
THAT the Oklahoma Senate honors the memory of all state
employees who tragically lost their lives while performing their
duties.
