In line 10 of the printed bill, after “(2)(a)” insert “Except as provided in paragraph (b) of this
subsection,”.
After line 18, insert:
“(b) The board may not remove the information described in paragraph (a) of this subsection
from a searchable electronic database that is publicly accessible and designed to enable verification
of licensure or registration.”.
In line 19, delete “(b)” and insert “(c)”.
