“(b) The department may establish, as necessary to foster economic relations or expand trade,
up to five additional trade centers or offices in countries that the department determines are critical
commercialpartners.”.
In line 11, delete “(b)” and insert “(c)”.
In line 17, after “least” insert “one”.
On page 2 , line 6, after “from” insert “among”.
In line 15, delete “(2)(b)” and insert “(2)(c)”.
