On page 1 of the printed bill, delete lines 17 through 19 and insert:
“(4)(a) Determine all questions of general policy for this chapter and for the provisions of ORS
chapter 657B that are administered by the director;
“(b) Adopt rules for this chapter and for the provisions of ORS chapter 657B that are adminis-
tered by the director; and
“(c) Administer and enforce this chapter and the provisions of ORS chapter 657B that are ad-
ministered by the director.”.
On page 3, line 23, after the second “section” insert “of this chapter”.
In line 24, after “section” insert “of this chapter”.
After line 30, insert:
“SECTION 10. The amendments to ORS 657.610 by section 1 of this 2025 Act become op-
erative on January 1, 2026.”.
In line 31, delete “10” and insert “11”.
