On page 1 of the printed bill, line 4, after “means” insert “a residential training home as defined
in ORS 443.400.” and delete the rest of the line and lines 5 through 10.
In line 11, after the first “of” insert “Education, in collaboration with the Department of Human
Services, shall” and delete the rest of the line.
On page 2, line 3, delete “departments” and insert “Department of Education”.
In line 5, delete “departments jointly” and insert “Department of Education”.
In line 23, delete “departments” and insert “Department of Education”.
In line 25, delete “departments” and insert “Department of Education”.
In line 28, delete “departments shall jointly” and insert “Department of Education shall”.
