On page 2 of the printed bill, line 3, after “substantial” delete the rest of the line and delete line
4 and insert “risk to the health or safety of the arrested person or the arresting officer.”.
In line 22, after “analyses” insert “and ensure such information is entered into the appropriate
databases of the Combined DNA Index System”.
