On page 1 of the printed bill, line 7, after “watershed” insert “and an action plan adopted by
the consensus of participants in a partnership for Lake Abert and the Chewaucan River
watershed”.
Delete lines 8 and 9 and insert:
“(b) Identifying and advancing actions identified in the action plan described in paragraph (a)
of this subsection that meet applicable project criteria and requirements for funding programs led
by the state and will strive to:”.
On page 2 , delete lines 13 through 26.
In line 27, delete “4” and insert “3”.
In line 29, delete “$420,000” and insert “$305,000”.
In line 33, delete “5” and insert “4”.
In line 37, delete “6” and insert “5”.
