On page 3 of the printed bill, delete lines 2 through 7 and insert:
“(a) Establishing targeted provisions for estuarine planning;
“(b) Improving the evaluation of projects that may disturb eelgrass habitat;
“(c) Shellfish growing or harvesting conditions;
“(d) Supporting activities that enhance eelgrass; and
“(e) Actions needed to mitigate negative impacts on eelgrass.”.
