On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, delete “prescribing an effective date” and insert “declaring
an emergency”.
On page 2, line 14, delete “, including English”.
Delete lines 42 and 43 and insert:
“SECTION 3. This 2025 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2025 Act takes effect
on its passage.”.
