In line 12, delete “(5)” and insert “(4)”. Delete lines 15 through 19 and insert: “(5) The Oregon Board of Physical Therapy may seek an injunction against a person who en- gages in conduct in violation of subsection (1) or (3) of this section in a court of competent juris- diction. An injunction may be issued upon demonstration by the board that the person is likely to continue the conduct or has caused irreparable harm as a result of the conduct.”. On page 14 , delete lines 30 through 35 and insert: “(6) If the board receives a complaint that a person is engaged in conduct that violates ORS 688.020 (1) or (3), or on its own initiative begins an investigation, the board shall investigate to the extent necessary to determine whether the person is engaged in the alleged conduct and shall inform the person of the investigation and reason for the investigation.
