Delete lines 4 through 7 of the printed bill and insert:
“SECTION 1. In addition to and not in lieu of any other appropriation, there is appro-
priated to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, for the biennium beginning
July 1, 2025, out of the General Fund, the amount of $5,000,000, for distribution to the Coast
Community Health Center, or a successor health care entity if the center is acquired by
another health care entity, to provide health care services and apprenticeships. ”.
