A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to vaccine financing.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1.	In addition to and not in lieu of any other appropriation, there is appropri-
ated to the Oregon Health Authority, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025, out of the
General Fund, the amount of $6,800,000, which shall be allocated as follows:
(1) $5,000,000 for the purchase of vaccines through the authority’s Vaccine Access Pro-
gram;and
(2) $1,800,000 for the operation of the Vaccine Access Program.
