A BILL FOR AN ACT Relating to the revenue of rural fire protection districts. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. The Legislative Revenue Officer shall conduct a study of the revenue of ru- ral fire protection districts in this state. The officer shall submit a report of findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to revenue in the manner provided under ORS 192.245 no later than September 15, 2026.
