On page 1 of the printed bill, after line 26, insert:
“SECTION 4. In addition to and not in lieu of any other appropriation, there is appro-
priated to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission, for the biennium beginning July
1, 2025, out of the General Fund, the amount of $700,000 to be distributed to each of the
public universities listed in ORS 352.002, with each public university receiving $100,000, for
purposes of staffing and administration of the program established under section 1 of this
2025Act.”.
In line 27, delete “4” and insert “5”.
