On page 1 of the printed bill, delete lines 12 and 13 and insert “Services, before commencing the
first interview or face-to-face meeting with an individual who is the child’s parent or guardian, shall
provide that individual with the notice as described in this section.”.
In line 18, after “declaration” delete the rest of the line.
On page 2 , delete lines 22 and 23 and insert:
“(G) Be advised in writing if the outcome of the investigation is founded; and
“(H) Request an administrative review if the outcome of the investigation is founded; and”.
