In line 3 of the printed bill, before the period insert “; and declaring an emergency”.
Delete lines 25 and 26 and insert:
“(4)(a) No later than June 30, 2025, the board shall apply all moneys in the fund on February
28, 2025, in equal amounts against all school district employers’ individual 2025-2027 employer con-
tribution rates.
“(b) The board shall apply any moneys that are credited to the fund after February 28, 2025, in
equal amounts against all school district employers’ individual employer contribution rates for the
biennium following the crediting.”.
After line 29, insert:
“SECTION 2. This 2025 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2025 Act takes effect
on its passage.”.
