On page 2 of the printed bill, line 7, after “or” insert “court-appointed”.
In line 14, after “hearings” insert a period and delete the rest of the line and delete line 15.
On page 5 , delete lines 21 through 23 and insert:
“(c) To have access to a document setting forth such rights that is developmentally appropriate
and trauma responsive, and is prominently displayed at the residence of all foster parents and
child-caring agencies in at least one location that children in care can readily access at all times;
and”.
In line 30, delete “an age-appropriate” and insert “a developmentally appropriate and trauma
responsive”.
