On page 1 of the printed bill, delete lines 28 through 30 and insert:
“(3) An insurer may not exclude coverage described in subsection (1)(b) of this section of an
insured child if that coverage is otherwise available as part of the insured’s health plan for medical,
dental or behavioral health services.”.
