Biography

A lifelong resident of Texas, Keith Bell has served as the State Representative for House District 4 since November 2018. His background is deeply rooted in community service and business, having previously served as a trustee and president on the Forney Independent School District Board for two decades. With extensive experience in the electrical industry, he founded Intex Electrical Contractors, Inc. in 1983 and continues to lead the company as CEO. Keith holds a Master Electrician's License in Texas and has been actively engaged in various trade organizations, including a significant leadership role with the Independent Electrical Contractors Association (IEC) as the past chairman of its Governmental Affairs Committee.

In the Texas House, Representative Bell participates on several key committees, notably the Select Committee on Educational Opportunity & Enrichment and the Environmental Regulation Committee. His legislative focus primarily addresses public education enhancement and environmental governance, aiming to improve educational outcomes and protect local resources.
