Relating to the rate of the hotel occupancy tax in certain municipalities and the use of certain revenue from that tax by those municipalities; authorizing an increase in the rate of a tax.

Relating to increasing the criminal penalty for loading certain overweight vehicles transporting hazardous materials at a weight that exceeds the weight limitations authorized for the vehicle.
Relating to measures to support kindergarten readiness and early literacy and numeracy skills for public school students, including an early childhood parental support program and prekindergarten programs in public schools, and to funding under the Foundation School Program for certain school districts and to support those measures.
Relating to establishing residency for children who are the subject of parental child safety placement agreements for purposes of admission into public schools.
