Allows commuter vans to accept hails from prospective passengers in the street; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof.
Creates a residential condominium owner's bill of rights that includes the right to transparency, the right to timely decisions, voting rights, the right to notice, and the right against extraordinary expenses.

Implements automatic enrollment for the tax abatement program for rent-controlled and rent-regulated property occupied by senior citizens; provides for a check box for a taxpayer to opt-out of data sharing and automatic enrollment on their tax return.
