Prohibits the application of fail-first or step therapy protocols to coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of serious mental health conditions; defines serious mental health condition.
Opens eligibility of paratransit services to individuals with disabilities or health conditions who are able to utilize the public buses and railroad operated by the authority.
Relates to continuing education requirements for landscape architects; provides that adjustments to such requirements may be granted for health reasons, active duty, or other good cause; limits the number of credit hours that may carry over to the next registration period.
Directs the commissioner of the office of general services to erect a monument to be known as the "New York state Holocaust memorial" in the Governor Nelson A. Establishes the human services wage commission for the purpose of investigating whether the wages paid to human services workers are sufficient to provide adequate maintenance and to protect the health and welfare of employees; defines terms; provides for the duties of the commission; requires reporting.
Establishes a sales tax holiday for food and non-alcoholic beverages sold at a restaurant, diner, or cafe licensed under article twenty-C of the agriculture and markets law during the second full week of February and the third full week of August.
Requires a petition in a summary proceeding to recover possession of real property in the city of Schenectady to allege proof of compliance with local laws requiring rental residential property registration and licensure.
