Permits enrollment eligibility for federal, state and local court officials and their immediate families in the address confidentiality program to protect judicial officers.
Provides regulatory control of Internet service providers by the public service commission; requires Internet neutrality; relates to the placement of equipment on utility poles.
Requires orders of custody to state whether law enforcement is authorized to remove a child or children in order to comply with and enforce such orders.
Prohibits the enforcement of mandatory arbitration agreements clauses and joint-action waivers with respect to workplace disputes; clarifies that section 7515 of the civil practice laws and rules applies retroactively to nullify pre-existing illegal mandatory arbitration clauses.
