Prohibits subscription or access fee charges for public access to recorded real estate instruments/limits recording and copying fees to amounts provided by statute with regards to cities/towns/third-party providers.

Allows veterans with "Disabled Veterans" license plates to all the rights and privileges to persons possessing a disability parking permit. There would be no requirement of a parking privilege placard to be displayed in the vehicle.
Provides that effective July 1, 2025, any attorney who self-certifies that they have successfully completed a specialized domestic violence prosecution training course shall have the authority to prosecute any violation of a protective order.
Requires the DOH and the EOHHS to collaborate with community health centers to establish new programs designed to attract federal funds, with a focus on the utilization of Teaching Health Center Graduate Medical Education programs.
Denies tenants relief afforded under this section when a unit or premises is damaged by fire or other casualty if the fire or other casualty was caused by the negligence or deliberate act of the tenant.
Establishes the first time home buyer savings program act. Allows modifications to federal adjusted gross income for $50,000 in contributions and $150,000 of interest and dividends included in federal adjusted gross income.
