Urging the Congress of the United States to establish a national infrastructure bank.

Urging the United States Environmental Protection Agency to re-examine the United States Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration's hazardous materials regulations and make any necessary changes that would help to provide better protection to the public and the environment and urging the United States Congress to pass the Decreasing Emergency Railroad Accident Instances Locally (DERAIL) Act to provide for the tightening of regulations for trains carrying hazardous materials.

Recognizing the month of June 2023 as "LGBTQ+ Pride Month" in Pennsylvania.

Designating the month of May 2023 as "Nurses Month" in Pennsylvania.

Designating the month of June 2023 as "Gun Violence Awareness Month" in Pennsylvania.

Designating the week of November 4 through 11, 2023, as "Veterans Week of Service" in Pennsylvania to coincide with the annual Veterans Day observance on November 11, 2023.

Directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to study and make recommendations on implementing location-based pay for State government employees.
