Requires insurer to respond within thirty days of a written request from an insured for his or her health plan documents, including copies of most recent group or individual contracts.

Relates to gas station credit cards; requires gas stations charge the same rate for purchases of gasoline made by gas station credit cards as they charge for purchases made by cash.
Relates to the purchase of zero-emission buses and the procurement of electric-powered buses, vehicles or other related equipment and infrastructure; requires public utilities to have infrastructure, capacity, facilities, and transmission and distribution systems needed to supply power for the charging of zero-emission buses and provides a tariff for charging of electric buses.
Authorizes conditional adult-use cultivator licensees to sell their own cannabis products; authorizes the office of cannabis management to create a loan or grant program to help such adult-use cultivator licensees to process cannabis into distillate.
