Limits the power of the legislature to amend a redistricting plan submitted by the independent redistricting commission where it affects more than two percent of the population of any district contained in such plan.
Requires that no applications, or the literature given therewith, shall be approved, distributed or used in any capacity if they contain an explicit written warning regarding ownership or use of a firearm.
Provides for the issuance of free hunting, fishing and trapping licenses to persons who are active or reserve members of the armed forces or the organized militia, and to honorably discharged veterans thereof who have ten or more years of military service.
Relates to funding for the office for people with developmental disabilities; transfers one billion dollars to such office from funds appropriated to the MTA; appropriates funds therefor.
Relates to suspension and revocation of firearms licenses; relates to private sale or disposal of firearms, rifles or shotguns; establishes a minimum age to possess a firearm relating to gun control.
