Permits civil forfeiture action to recover property used in or proceeds derived from criminal activity relating to sexual performances by a child; directs proceeds be used by local social services offices for the prevention and treatment of sexual abuses against children.
Defines therapeutic agriculture for the purposes of community gardens as the use of agricultural activities as a means of promoting physical, mental and emotional well-being, rehabilitation and therapy for certain individuals.
Relates to establishing the born alive abortion survivors' protection act that places requirements on health care practitioners present at the time a child is born alive during an abortion.
