Amends the current law so that it would no longer mandate, but rather simply allows local boards to annually conduct a voter registration drive at each high school within the city or town.
Creates a tax credit for family caregivers in an amount up to $5,000 for eligible family members and $6,000 for veterans based on 50% of the amount of eligible expenditures spent on eligible family members commencing January 1, 2025 and thereafter.

Amends the Harrisville Fire District Charter allowing the district to provide rescue services, fire suppression, medical and ambulance services/water services would be provided by a separate entity.
Authorizes emergency medical service agencies to transport individuals to alternative facilities for treatment and permits licensed providers for mental health disorders to treat patients within the community.
