Provides that a pharmacy is obligated to properly dispense or refill a prescription for a drug or device, or a non-prescription drug or device regardless of the ethical, moral or religious beliefs of any employee of such pharmacy.
Requires certain information to be included in every pharmacy benefit manager's annual report to the superintendent such as the aggregated dollar amount of rebates, fees, price protection payments and any other payments the pharmacy benefit manager received from drug manufacturers through rebate contract, the amount of certain allocations, and information on rebate contracts.
Authorizes the office of parks, recreation and historic preservation and the office of mental health to conduct a study pertaining to a proposed expansion of the Long Island Motor Parkway trail.
Requires health insurance plans to provide coverage for continuous blood glucose monitors for all children; requires coverage for glucose monitoring devices for all sugar disorders.
Directs the department of public service to promulgate rules, regulations and model policies regarding setback requirements for the siting of battery energy storage systems and for financial surety requirements; requires minimum setback requirements for commercial energy storage systems, with a capacity of five megawatts or greater, of no less than one thousand feet from residential property; requires public hearings prior to the approval of an application for a permit for such systems.
