Providing for the abrogation of regulations relating to the Pennsylvania Heavy-Duty Diesel Emissions Control Program and for the applicability of Federal standards.
Further prohibiting certain entities from acquiring an interest in agricultural land; providing for investigation by Attorney General and for responsibilities of purchaser and Attorney General; further providing for forfeiture of lands; providing for real estate auction; and further providing for definitions.
Prohibiting public school entities from engaging in certain communications and actions involving prohibited indoctrination; and providing for requirements for public contractors and for enforcement.
