Establishes the "New York state lead-safe renovation, repair and painting act"; establishes standards for lead-safe renovation, repair and painting of residential properties; requires documentation of compliance with such standards.
Establishes a five-year dental health demonstration project in the county of Monroe for the purpose of reimbursement to providers for eligible dental diagnostic services for certain eligible populations, including but not limited to pregnant persons and post-partum persons.
Relates to modular construction work; provides that modular construction shall comply with any existing municipal licensing requirements for all electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work.

Provides that any officer terminated who was dismissed for malfeasance or serious misconduct or resigned or retired during an investigation relating to such malfeasance or serious misconduct shall not be entitled to receive any retirement or other benefit or payment of any kind.
