SHOW UP Act of 2025 Stopping Home Office Work’s Unproductive Problems Act of 2025

To require the District of Columbia to permit Members of Congress who have a valid license or permit which is issued pursuant to the law of a State which permits the Member to carry a concealed firearm, or who is otherwise entitled to carry a concealed firearm in the State in which the Member resides, to carry a concealed firearm in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

Healthy SNAP Act of 2025

Ultrasound Informed Consent ActThis bill requires abortion providers to conduct an ultrasound before performing an abortion.Specifically, before a woman gives informed consent to any part of an abortion, the abortion provider mustperform an obstetric ultrasound on the pregnant woman;provide a simultaneous explanation of what the ultrasound is depicting;display the ultrasound images so the woman may view them; andprovide a complete medical description of the images, including the dimensions of the embryo or fetus, cardiac activity if present and visible, and the presence of external members and internal organs if present and viewable.Providers are subject to civil actions and penalties for violations.The bill's ultrasound requirements do not apply in cases where a physical disorder, illness, or injury endangers a woman's life. A woman is also not required to view the ultrasound images; nor may she or the provider be penalized if she declines to do so.

Keeping Aid for Municipalities And Localities Accountable Act or the KAMALA ActThis bill prohibits the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding to assist non-U.S. nationals (aliens under federal law) who are not lawfully admitted permanent residents. The CDBG program is administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and provides states, local governments, and Indian tribes with funds for economic and community development.The bill also specifically prohibits HUD from making a CDBG grant to any state, local government, or Indian tribe that carries out a housing or community development program that assists such individuals.

Stop Woke Investing ActThis bill requires the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend regulations to limit the inclusion of shareholder proposals in proxy statements. A proxy statement is provided to shareholders prior to a public company holding a shareholder meeting and contains information relevant to a shareholder vote. Under current SEC rules, certain qualifying shareholder proposals must be included on a company's proxy statement, including proposals that raise significant social policy issues.Under the bill, a shareholder proposal must have a material effect on the financial performance of the company to be included in a proxy statement. The bill also establishes a cap on the number of shareholder proposals required to be included in a shareholder meeting, depending on the size and type of the company. In addition, a proposal submitted by a member of the board of directors is prohibited from inclusion as a shareholder proposal.

Ending Presidential Overreach on Public Lands Act

WHO Withdrawal ActThis bill requires the President to immediately withdraw the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO) and prohibits using any federal funds to provide for U.S. participation in the WHO.The bill also repeals the 1948 act authorizing the United States to join the WHO.

No Child Tax Credit for Illegals Act of 2025This bill extends and expands the Social Security number (SSN) identification requirements for claiming the child tax credit. The bill also provides that the omission of a correct SSN related to a child tax credit claim is to be treated as a mathematical error for certain purposes.Under current law, to claim the child tax credit, a taxpayer must provide a work-authorized SSN (issued prior to the due date of the federal income tax return) for each qualifying child. Beginning in 2026, to claim the child tax credit, a taxpayer must provide a valid taxpayer identification number (issued on or before the due date of the federal income tax return) for each qualifying child.Under the bill, to claim the child tax credit, a taxpayer must provide a work-authorized SSN (issued before the due date of the federal tax return) for (1) each qualifying child; and (2) the taxpayer, the taxpayer and the taxpayer’s spouse (if filing jointly), or either the taxpayer or the taxpayer’s spouse (if either is a member of the Armed Forces).Finally, the bill provides that the omission of a correct SSN related to a claim for the child tax credit is a mathematical error for purposes of certain tax assessment and collection procedures. 

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 765 West Old Route 66 in Ash Fork, Arizona, as the "Fayrene Hume Post Office".

Subterranean Border Defense ActThis bill requires recurring annual reporting by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on the implementation of a strategic plan to counter illicit cross-border tunnel operations. Currently, CBP is only required to report once no later than one year after the plan's development.
