SENATE RESOLUTION CELEBRATING ST. PATRICK’S DAY AND THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND IRELAND
Permits state child support agencies to bring actions under the child support statute on behalf of a noncustodial parent who is incarcerated and unable to pay child support.
Allows the sexual offender board of review to use, in addition to applicable validated risk assessment tools, a structured professional judgment approach to determine the level of risk a registered sex offender poses to the community.
Allows law enforcement to utilize mufflers, silencers, or other devices for deadening or muffling the sound of a firearm while acting within the scope of their official duties under the supervision of the police chief or colonel of the state police.
Dictates the length a search warrant involving a tracking device would be valid and provide a process to extend the time frame of the tracking device for good cause.
Includes the deputy chief of inspection and inspector within the provision of law related to retirement on service allowance relating to correctional officers.
