Relates to discovery restrictions for photographs of minors depicting sexual or other intimate parts; provides such photographs shall be subject to in camera review and certain other restrictions.
Requires that the siting, construction and establishment of methadone program facilities in cities with a population of one million or more be dispersed in the boroughs of such cities in proportion to the population of each such borough.

Establishes the Marshall plan for moms interagency task force to examine, issue proposals and make recommendations on multiple policy areas to address the disproportionate burden mothers have weathered from the economic fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Provides for automatic voter registration and pre-registration for persons applying for certain department of motor vehicles documentation, and for persons applying for or re-enrolling in Medicaid; allows individuals to decline such automatic registration and pre-registration.
Requires that consumer reporting agencies contact consumers when a request is made for their consumer reports; requires consumer reporting agencies to provide the consumer with information pertaining to the entity that requested the consumer report.
Establishes an emergency aid grant matching program to provide matching funds to campuses of the state university of New York and the city university of New York for the provision of emergency aid grants to eligible students.
Directs the metropolitan transportation authority, in conjunction with the New York city transit authority, to develop weekly and monthly tickets valid for optional, discounted transfers between such authorities.
