Permits the legislature to increase the number of justices of the supreme court in any judicial district up to one justice for every thirty thousand people in the district.
Provides that the state civil service department shall review and update the questions contained within the examination, as deemed appropriate by the department, no less than every five years.
Relates to the automatic identification of elderly pharmaceutical insurance coverage program enrollees who are eligible for HEAP and automatic enrollment of such eligible enrollees in HEAP.
Provides for crediting of time spent as a provisional appointee for promotional examinations and eligibility for appointment from the resulting eligible lists.
Provides for the revocation of licenses to sell cigarettes, tobacco products, alcohol and lottery tickets for the possession or sale of illicit cannabis in violation of the cannabis law.
Requires the display of certain labels and warnings on gas stoves sold, displayed for sale, or offered for sale at retail to a consumer in this state; authorizes the department of state to adopt regulations regarding the placement and format of such labels; provides for penalties; authorizes the attorney general to enforce such provisions.
Requires that vehicle manufacturers and/or dealers terminate an individual's access to remote vehicle technology upon request by domestic violence victims who provide an order of protection and proof of ownership of a vehicle.
Expands the definition of "family leave" to include persons recovering from the unintended intrauterine death of a fetus that occurs after the clinical estimate of the twentieth week of gestation.
Provides that Medicaid and policies issued in this state that provide coverage for hospital, surgical or medical care shall provide coverage for standard fertility preservation services when a necessary cancer treatment may directly or indirectly cause iatrogenic infertility to a covered person.
Prohibits pharmacy benefit managers from penalizing pharmacies for providing customers certain information relating to the costs of prescription medications and services.
Adopts the psychology interjurisdictional compact to increase public access to psychological services by allowing telepsychological practice and temporary in-person services across state lines.
